Pete works with school leaders and teachers, identifying development needs and solutions. He has worked in comprehensive schools in London, Essex, North Somerset / Avon, Initial Teacher Training work in a university in East Germany, and has been a consultant in school improvement in Bath and North East Somerset. He has worked at proofing reading text books in development and as an Associate Tutor for the Open University PGCE programme, has undertaken consultancy for QCDA, National Strategies, CiLT and professional language organisations (ALL and NALA). In addition, Pete has been a regional subject adviser for languages to introduce the new secondary curriculum in 2008 and has led Teachers' International Professional Development programmes (Canada, Caribbean).
