Quality control

Excellence through partnership really sums up what we’re about.

We believe the best way to support schools, academies, consortia, local authorities and other bodies is by focusing on the particular needs of the client, either as individuals or corporately. We will not “do things to you”, what we call “hit and run consultancy”, but rather develop a package with you that meets your particular needs and work along side you in partnership to deliver high value outcomes and excellent service.

In partnership with clients we may provide additional capacity, leadership, mentoring, team membership, a service or a completed product.  Whatever we do we will do ethically, and will support your staff throughout. We are proud that clients regard us as “insiders” and we will not abuse such trust.
Our care goes beyond this and we hold to a view that doing what we believe is “right” is more important than doing what is in the interest of our short term gain.

All work complies with the “Quality Assurance Framework for Independent Education and Children's Services Consultants”.

John Williams holds a BTEC level 6 Professional Diploma in Children's Services Leadership, which incorporates an assessment against the standards in the Quality Assurance Framework.

Evaluative management reports are produced on a regular basis to ensure that clients are kept up-to-date on progress and ongoing analysis.

Disputes

We aim to settle any disputes by professional negotiation. Should a client wish to cancel work as a result of dispute, an appropriate refund against unused time will be agreed.

A Professional indemnity insurance which covers up to £1,000,000 in any one claim is held.

Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000 in any one claim is held.

You will be notified of the insurance limits for other consultants used as part of any agreement.
